What is that saying? If you throw out all options that are not plausible, all you are left with is the truth? Or something to that effect.
If you take all that Glen Beck says and dismiss him as a nut. And to be honest I have some doubts he may be a wee bit out there on the fringe for myself.
However, this man has been right so many times that it is starting to make me have doubts about my own thinking.
He was right about that Van Jones person, has been right about Acorn, right about us monetizing our debt, right about the NEA, right about SEIU and their influence on this administration.
Nevertheless, this new bill says GOVERNMENT right in it!
Ask any one in Europe who runs their countries. Most will tell you it is the European Union. Do we want OUR Country run by the UN?
Bush sent us down this road in his last 4 years; Obama is shoving us down the road faster. We have admitted Marxists, Communists, and Anti-Capitalists sitting in key spots within this administration. And we can’t vote them out! Why because they answer only to the President!
Since when did the White House get to tell us we couldn’t remove someone from an administrative position?
John Adams would be screaming at the top of his lungs about just how stupid we have allowed ourselves to be!
We have the AG, HSUS, EPA, and the FED all trying to do everything they can to shut us farmer down. Time and again we just back off and allow them to do it to us. Sure, we grumble and moan to one another. We gnash our teeth over how badly this will hurt us. But why are we not standing up and saying, "HELL NO, not one more damn insult to our lively hood are we going to take!"
I love my cattle, I would not dare do anything to them to harm them. Yes, they are for meat, yes I do sell for Slaughter! So that you "do as I say because I know better than you do”, people can have your Steak.
In addition, to all you Vegans out there, If your happy eating Vegetables fine, eat all you want. I have no issue with it. However, the last time I looked at my copy of the Constitution it did not say that because you don’t agree with me you have a right to shut me up and shut me down! It actually says I have a right to be heard. I have a right to my property, and to do with it as I see fit. Unless I break the law. If I do come fine me! But if all your gonna do is make up some hockey science to claim global warming is killing this planet. Keep it at your house!
Me, I’m gonna go eat a steak and enjoy the fact I raised it myself, butchered it myself, and cooked it myself.
I will save you the garnish, you’ll find it in the trash can! Were all this global warming nonsense should be!!

You forgot that the HSUS and PETA are promoting vegetarianism. Their success will mean our demise as only fruit and vegetables growers will be allowed to stay in business. Goodbye dairy farmers and cattle men.

PETA and HSUS are promoters of the vegetarian lifestyle. Their success means the demise of dairy farmers, cattlemen, hog and poultry farmers, fishermen etc. No meat means just that, no meat and no animal byproducts.

Troy--You say that you always thought that the Ron Pauls and Glen Becks of this world (ie., the libertarian conservatives) were comparable to the animal rights activists, just on the other side of the equation.

With all due respect, Troy, maybe that's why you always sing the praise of the big corporate and multinational interests vis a vis the individual cattlemen. We KNOW that's how you've been thinking. We hear it all the time.

Pay more attention to individual rights, as opposed to always giving us the position of the Big 4 and their entrenched interests.

If the majority of congress voted with Ron Paul, cattle producers would only have to worry about producing beef, not losing our freedom to big government. Cattle farming is one of only a few occupations where the operator is free from government harassment. Maybe you should review Patrick Henry's famous speach, "Give me Liberty or give me death". When the cowboy's freedom is gone everyone will be a slave to big government.

I think climate change is the catch phrase for groups like HSUS and PETA to solicit donations. Wasn't it in the 1100's or about that time when the earth's temperature was warm enough to grow grapes in England and at one point in time Greenland wasn't covered in ice. The world had one of the most productive times in history. There is no doubt that the climate is changing but it might not be all that bad

We better realize what all these HSUS and climate change groups are really about, Its control they want, they don't care as much for there poor little animals as they just want to control everything we do, the best way to get that is to make us feel like we have done all these bad things, we had better get some conservatives in office at all levels, before we lose this great nation.
